The Education People want the students to have additional support through encounters from employers, supporting them to think realistically about the world of work and what you as employers are looking for when recruiting.

Would you and your colleagues (apprentices included) consider attending Kent Choices Local to ‘inspire’ and prepare these young people with their transition after GCSEs? You can attend all-day or part of the day.
