07 Oct 2020

Maidstone based design agency GeoBrand is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Hewett as their new chairman today. Previously Managing Director of Zest agency, Terry joins the company as they launch their new brand identity and website.

With over 30 years of experience in the design and advertisement industry, Terry has delivered high level advertising and marketing campaigns with companies such as TNT, Hitachi and Philips.

When Terry left Zest in 2019 he wanted to find a business that was expanding and had already started to gather momentum. He describes the moment he was introduced to GeoBrand: “When I first met GeoBrand, I must say I was massively impressed with the levels of experience displayed by such a young team and their ability to produce some outstanding work."

GeoBrand have been delivering design services to national and international companies for over 10 years from their base in Kent. Their clients include Costa Coffee, London’s Air Ambulance and The Portman Estate. Wanting to add clarity to their potential clients the company recently changed their name from GeoMedia to GeoBrand. Director Andrew Dicker says: “Everything we do, whether that be design, illustration, digital or print, sits beneath the banner of ‘Brand’. As an agency we will always be Geo. But going forward there will be no mistaking what we are. That we are and always will be brand specialists.”

Terry’s role in the business will be to advise and consult on developing the business and securing new opportunities. He believes the future looks good for GeoBrand: “It was really important for me to be with a team that had the dedication, knowledge and know-how to deliver good branding, high level campaigns and really good strategy. The future is going to be very bright for GeoBrand.”
