The industry-led partnership administered by Maidstone Borough Council, the Maidstone Economic Business Partnership is seeking new representatives from local businesses.
Meeting six times a year, The Maidstone Economic Business Partnership (MEBP) ensures the plans and strategies of central Government reflects the needs of local businesses. It is seeking new members to continue this work as the local economy grows and ensure all local industries are represented. From business and financial services, logistics and storage, to health and social care, and engineering and manufacturing. It is especially interested in new members representing the rural economy.
MEBP is one of the four sub county partnerships which inform both the Kent & Medway Economic Partnership and the South East Local Enterprise Partnership which feeds into the policy of central Government and influences funding decisions which affect the economy of Maidstone.
