The Incubator

Our 12 incubator office units are fully furnished, serviced and ready to move into. Our approach is 'easy-in, easy-out' with no long term contracts. It is all about flexibility so you can move up or down into larger or smaller offices as your business needs change. With super-fast broadband, electricity and VAT included, there are no surprise bills.

The Accelerator

5 larger offices designed with a more modern feel, created for businesses ready to make the next step in their growth without the isolation. Unfurnished and with your own right to decorate you can truly put your own stamp on your own space. Of course it retains the super-fast broadband and electricity included, there are no surprise bills.


The Innovator (under construction)

Due for completion November 2018: 6 even larger offices with an even more modern feel as well as a new kitchen and break out areas. Created for the businesses who have achieved sustainable growth but want to continue to collaborate in Kent's most dynamic space. Please email us for information during development.
