Maidstone Borough Council proudly opened The Business Terrace in September 2015 utilising redundant council office space. Since then it has expanded twice, doubling in size on each occasion, and a third expansion to create an additional 3,543 sq ft of space was completed in November 2018. 

BREAK OUT AREAS

The Business Terrace has various break out areas including an outside decked terrace and inside glazed Link Bridge for informal meetings, calls or to work from. With superfast Wi-Fi throughout you will never lose your connection wherever you are in The Business Terrace.

HOT DESK DAY PASS

Unlimited use of hot desk 9am - 5pm.

£10 per day per desk
Also available 30 hours, 50 hours, 100 hours, Unlimited and Unlimited 3 months in Membership Packages

VIRTUAL OFFICE
Postal address with access to free business advice, networking events and workshops - with flexible terms.
£29 per month or £78 for 3 months
